These terms cover use of this website and enquiries about motorcycles, rentals, service and parts. A rental or sale is only confirmed when both sides agree the specific details in writing.
Using this website
Use the site for lawful enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send misleading, abusive or unlawful messages. Information on the site is provided for general guidance and may change.
Listings, prices and photographs
- Listings are provided by Harley Thomas. They are not a guarantee that a bike is available, road-ready or in a particular condition.
- Prices are shown in the listing currency. They may change without notice and do not include taxes, fees, transport or any work you ask for.
- Photographs are provided for the listed motorcycle. Confirm condition, specification and availability directly before making plans.
- Availability, mileage, specification and condition must be confirmed directly before you travel or commit.
Enquiries and viewings
Viewings, pickup and handovers are arranged in Cameron, Texas. The exact address and hours are confirmed when an appointment is agreed. Do not travel to an unconfirmed address.
Rentals
- A rental enquiry is not a booking. A rental is confirmed only after we agree the bike, dates, rate, deposit, pickup time and any insurance requirements.
- Renters must hold a valid motorcycle license or endorsement, meet the experience requirement for the bike, and bring the agreed riding gear and deposit.
- The renter is responsible for damage, loss, traffic violations, tolls and late return charges as set out in the rental agreement.
- Cancellation, late-return, fuel, mileage and damage terms are provided in writing before payment. If they are not provided, ask for them before booking.
Payments
This website does not take payments. Payment methods, deposits and receipts are arranged directly. Never send card details through a website form or social message.
Intellectual property
The Harley Thomas name, site design and original copy belong to Harley Thomas. Third-party names and marks, including Harley-Davidson, belong to their owners. Their use here is descriptive only. Harley Thomas is an independent business and is not affiliated with Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Harley Thomas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on listing information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts for Milam County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
